1. How do I care for my Mosaics?
We recommend that you use a light cleaner (such as 409). After cleaning, wipe the piece clean with a damp cloth to remove any streaks.

2. What does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary by distance, size of the piece and weight. We generally use the USPS for smaller pieces, and either FedEx or UPS for larger pieces. In cases of very large pieces, we will use a trucking company. We will give you an estimate on your shipping costs prior to shipping and a total upon shipping.

3. What are your Mosaics made of?
We use a variety of types of tile and china for our Mosaics. We use the highest quality sanded grout. We lay the Mosaics on construction plywood (either 5/8", 1/2" or 3/8", depending on the piece). We seal our Mosaics with a product called 511 Impregnator, which we have found to be the best product for the job. The Bird Baths are laid on terra cotta trays, which we also seal.

4. Are your Mosaics weather proof?
Nothing is 100% weather proof. We seal our Mosaics with 511 Impregnator, which is a professional grade grout and tile sealer. We also seal the back of the Mosaic with a silicone sealer and a 5 year deck sealer. We recommend that you treat your Mosaic as you would your tomato plants---if the temperature will drop below 32 degrees, either cover it, or bring it inside.

5. Do you take Special Orders?
Yes we do! We are happy to discuss any ideas you may have for a Mosaic. There is NEVER an additional charge for Special Orders.

6. How long do Special Orders or Out of Stock orders take?
We will give you our best estimate of how long a special order or out of stock order will take to finish. Generally, between 4-6 weeks from the time we receive your order.
